NURSERY (2.5 YEARS – 3.5 YEARS)
The curriculum revolves around five pillars of development:
Language & Literacy, Math & Logic, Physical, Social & Emotional Development, General Awareness & Creative Expression.
Literacy not only includes learning language and writing but also communicating. Math and Logic includes numbers as well as problem solving skills and cognitive development.
We start by creating informal and formal learning experiences that generates a positive foundation for preschool. We engage them with other kids of their age group and together they explore toys, look at books, sing, play on puzzles ,etc.
Junior KG
JUNIOR KG is a critical time for children, as it is here that they begin an adventure of a lifetime of learning The Junior Kg plays a significant role in a child’s life because it helps in the development of his mind. PHONICS
Phonics is a way of teaching children how to read and write. It helps children to hear, identify and use different sounds that distinguish one word from another.
Phonics involves matching the sounds of spoken English with individual letters or groups of letters. For example, the sound k can be spelled as c, k, ck or ch. Teaching children to blend the sounds of letters together helps them decode unfamiliar or unknown words by sounding them out.
The primary focus of phonics instruction is to help beginning readers understand how letters are linked to sounds (phonemes) to form letter-sound correspondences and spelling patterns and to help them learn how to apply this knowledge in their reading. Phonics instruction may be provided systematically or incidentally.
DANCE
Dance classes can increase child’s flexibility, range of motion, physical strength and stamina. Dance is a great way to connect emotionally with an audience and other people.
